Without an anchor we float aimlessly, battered by the winds and waves of life.
Disconnection from the body is a cultural epidemic. Of all the losses rupturing the human soul today, this alienation may be the most alarming because it separates us from the very roots of existence.
With jobs that are degrading, routines that are automatic, and environments that annihilate our senses, we lose the joy that arises from the dynamic connection with the only living presence we are guaranteed to have for the whole of our lives: our body.

LOCATION: Boutique Upper level off of:
1166 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON
I am a Registered Massage Therapist, in good standing with the CMTO, Reiki Practitioner, and Registered Yoga Teacher (250hr) practicing downtown Toronto and at Float Valley in Markham.
Angelica is a Hatha/Kundalini and Reiki Practitioner, therefore the bodywork sessions are enhanced by energetics, emotional depth, breathwork and sound healing.
Angelica uses incenses, smudge sticks, essential oils, tuning forks, sound bowls, and more. (Please advise if you have scent sensitivities before your appointment).
Main areas of practice are therapeutic, deep tissue, cranial sacral, cervical spine release, trigger point release, head neck and shoulders, full body relaxation, cupping, chakra balancing and Thai yogic massage.
When you experience a therapeutic body work session with me, it is more than just a treatment. It is transformational, and as stated above, it is combined with an Eastern and Western approach to massage. It is of that essence that I am able to share, not just my conscious touch, but the wisdom I have from mentors, teachers, schooling, and my own personal journey with chronic body pains, coupled ,with of course, educational knowledge of the physiological, anatomical, emotional and subtle energies of the body.
A touch with experienced and intentional healing.
Accessibility: we do not have wheelchair access.
โThe sense of touch is the massage therapistโs main avenue used to affect another being and is the bodyโs main method of gathering information about itself.
In contrast, an artist uses the sense of vision, and a musician uses the sense of hearing to communicate with others.
Touching can affect us physiologically, cognitively, psychologically and emotionally. ~ Susan Salvo, Massage Therapy Principles and Practice.โ
